About me, Manuela
I love supporting people on the way to (re)discovering their true magic...
by lovingly celebrating your old patterns, dramas, and imperfections,
so that they come back to the light of consciousness and reveal their true gifts!
BACK THEN...
I used to identify as a scientist — rational, lonely, a society-conforming nice girl.
Then depression, grief and physical pain hit, shaking me out of my sleep and setting me on a path of transformation.
MY JOURNEY
I learned the art of dance and massage, dug up my feelings out of long-forgotten depths, and got in touch with my unconscious parts.
I realized that feelings are actually an important part of our vitality—not an embarrassing mistake of nature.
Thus I emerged from many years of deep depression and confusion.
I felt my body again and my zest for life, and allowed myself to feel what I wanted.
I traveled the world, ran a seminar house, explored many "alternative" community projects and lived in one,
and thus encountered my shadow in many mirrors.
The drama I found pushed me to and beyond my limits at times,
but each time I found my way back - to more authenticity, trust and inner freedom.
TODAY
Deep bodywork such as Thai yoga massage, dance,
and holistic bodywork laid the foundations for me to open up to life.
Nonviolent Communication and Possibility Management
opened up worlds of feeling and authentic communication.
Working with unconscious parts and practical dreamwork
enabled me to dissolve deep-seated fears as well as decades of depression...
...and the marvelous “Existential Kink” coaching training
helped me to free my joy of life!
But beyond that, the waves of life taught me what no training in the world can teach:
authenticity, humor, patience, grounding, and a growing freedom of judgment.
I started supporting people in their personal processes in 2017 - because that's what I love doing!
There are treasures waiting in your shadows too... just waiting to be uncovered.
